titanium pipeline welding process is a manual tungsten inert gas shielded welding (gtaw) welding method in the atmosphere. after removing oil contamination on the groove of titanium pipe and its inner and outer surfaces within 25 mm on both sides before welding, mechanical methods such as austenitic stainless steel wire brush and reamer were used to remove oxide film, burr and surface defects. cleaning tools should be dedicated and kept clean. after mechanical cleaning, the groove surface and filling wire should be degreased with sulfur-free acetone or ethanol before welding. during the welding process, special protective measures are adopted to make part or all of the welded area of the titanium pipe where the temperature may exceed 400 in the effective protection of argon, so as to achieve the purpose of titanium pipe welding.
